General
Q: Are your products just for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder?
A: PECS can be used with individuals who have difficulty using speech as their primary mode of communication or who need to augment their speech. The Pyramid Approach to Education is an organized, manageable educational design based on solidly established principles of learning and behavior. It is appropriate for both regular and special educational needs.
Q: Are your products suited for individuals of all ages?
A: Yes, are products are designed to aid with any individual's special need(s).
Q: What software is needed to download your digital products?
A: Adobe Reader. (click the Adobe Reader link for free download)

Ordering
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Orders may be placed at anytime via online, email or fax. Phone orders may be placed Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM, Eastern Standard Time.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards, check, money order, purchase order and cash payments are accepted . All monies should be in U.S. funds. Purchase orders: Can only be submitted via email, fax, or mail. To avoid purchase order duplication, please use one of the aforementioned ordering methods.
Q: How will I know if my order was received?
A: Online customers will receive an email confirmation from sales@pyramidproducts.com. (Note: If conformation is not received after submitting your order, please check your spam folder). Online customers may also login into their "My Account" to check the status of their recently placed order. Orders placed by email, phone, mail or fax should contact the business office to confirm.
Shipping and Returns

Q: When will my order ship?
A: In-stock merchandise should ship 72 business hours from the date the order was received.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery via UPS or USPS. Contact the business office for expedited shipping options. (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day)

Warranty
Q: Do you offer a warranty for your products?
A: All Pyramid Products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 6 months of the products date of delivery. Any such defect will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, upon return to the business office. Any product will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration.
